Yngen Datacom Corp. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Data Annotation Account. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of annotation projects, ensuring that data quality meets the rigorous standards required for AI and machine learning development.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of annotators. You will manage daily workflows, implement strict quality control measures, and optimize processes to maximize efficiency and turnaround time. Your ability to foster a collaborative environment and drive process improvements will be essential to the success of our projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the data annotation team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of annotation projects, from planning to final delivery.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to maintain high data accuracy and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and supervise annotators on domain-specific guidelines and annotation tools.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to align operational goals with business requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management within the BPO or Call Center industry.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in Data Annotation, AI training, or Content Moderation.
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and CRM software.
