Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end operational performance for the assigned department, ensuring alignment with client expectations and internal goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors and team leads to ensure consistent high performance and career progression.
  • Monitor and analyze real-time performance metrics to identify trends, address gaps, and implement data-driven process improvements.
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal service levels during graveyard shifts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction scores.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular reports on performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and inclusivity, ensuring high engagement levels within the department.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in BPO operations, with at least 3 years in a Managerial or Senior Operational leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale operations in a graveyard shift environment.
  • Strong proficiency in performance management tools, quality assurance frameworks, and workforce management software.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, with a flexible approach to the graveyard shift schedule.
