Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for external partners
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
  • Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
  • Deliver effective in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure training content aligns with business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to reinforce learning outcomes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience in training and development, preferably in BPO or customer service environment
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in creating training materials using various multimedia tools
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
