Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs for external partners
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content
- Deliver effective in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure training content aligns with business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training methodologies
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees to reinforce learning outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in training and development, preferably in BPO or customer service environment
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proficiency in creating training materials using various multimedia tools
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
