Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound calls to promote products and services.
- Effectively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to close sales deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual and team sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve sales techniques and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Open to High School Graduates, K-12 graduates, and College level/graduates.
- Proven work experience in a BPO, Sales, or Customer Service environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating CRM software.
