Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally, maintaining high conversion rates.
- Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Educate prospects on our product offerings, emphasizing unique value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly individual and team sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure long-term customer retention.
- Collaborate with team leads to refine sales scripts and negotiation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of proven experience in BPO sales or a similar outbound sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a resilient and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if required by business needs.
