Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for BPO agents and supervisors
- Conduct engaging training sessions covering product knowledge, soft skills, and compliance
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to enhance skill development
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BPO training methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of training experience in BPO or call center environments
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience with LMS platforms and training software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate)
- Certification in training and development is highly desirable
