As a Trainer, you will collaborate closely with management to identify training gaps, develop comprehensive curricula, and monitor the progress of trainees to ensure they meet Afni’s high standards of service excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and facilitate comprehensive training programs for new hires and current employees.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to enhance soft and technical skills.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids to ensure curriculum relevance.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Mentor and coach less experienced trainers or team leads if required.
- Track training metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate training effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a BPO Training role or relevant Customer Service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of developing effective training curricula.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
