Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct cognitive assessments and initial screenings for new students to determine their training needs.
- Design and deliver personalized brain training sessions using evidence-based methodologies and tools.
- Monitor student progress closely and adjust training programs to ensure optimal cognitive development.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them through challenging exercises to build resilience.
- Communicate regularly with parents to discuss student progress and provide tips for home reinforcement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and session logs.
- Foster a supportive, encouraging, and fun learning environment that motivates children to learn.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Neuroscience, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or coaching setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of cognitive development and learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage young learners effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by the training schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with educational software or training tools.
