LC Bigmak Burger Inc., a leading name in the local food and manufacturing industry, is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Branch Accountant to join our growing team in Agoo, La Union. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our branch operations, ensuring accuracy in daily transactions, and maintaining compliance with company financial policies.
As our Branch Accountant, you will act as the primary financial custodian for the branch, bridging the gap between operational activities and corporate accounting standards. We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a sharp eye for detail. You will play a key role in supporting management decisions through timely financial reporting and effective cash management strategies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily branch financial operations, including petty cash handling and bank deposits.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and branch reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct periodic physical inventory counts to ensure data integrity.
- Reconcile branch accounts, invoices, and expenses to ensure strict budget compliance.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding payroll processing and statutory benefit remittances.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial records, receipts, and supporting documents for audit purposes.
- Identify and implement improvements in branch financial workflows to increase efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, or a similar branch-level role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computerized accounting software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Agoo, La Union.
