Medion Farma Jaya, a renowned multinational leader in the animal health pharmaceutical industry established in 1976, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Branch Administration to join our team in Banjarbaru. With over four decades of excellence, Medion continues to innovate in the poultry health sector, and we are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment to support our regional operations.
As a Branch Administration officer, you will be the backbone of our branch office, ensuring that daily administrative, financial, and logistics documentation flows seamlessly. You will play a critical role in supporting our sales and distribution network by maintaining accuracy in data reporting and fostering effective communication across departments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the branch office to ensure smooth business continuity.
- Maintain accurate records of branch transactions, inventory documentation, and operational expenses.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly administrative reports for regional management.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding petty cash management and local billing processes.
- Manage office supply procurement and general facility maintenance coordination.
- Provide operational support to the sales team by processing orders and managing shipping documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements in all administrative functions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or database software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan.
