We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Branch Administration professional to join our expanding team in Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily administrative operations of the branch to ensure efficiency.
- Support the Sales Department with preparation of sales reports, quotations, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and supply chain documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and coordinate after-sales support services.
- Collaborate with the regional office to track sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, contracts, and necessary legal documentation.
- Assist in organizing branch events, promotional activities, and staff training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
