Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring peak efficiency, safety, and service standards.
- Develop and implement robust business development strategies to expand our client base in Cebu and surrounding regions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new service opportunities and growth potential.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, corporate partners, and high-value clients.
- Manage branch P&L, ensuring budget adherence and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team to achieve individual and collective sales and service targets.
- Coordinate with regional headquarters to ensure alignment with national logistics objectives and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management and business development within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and operational logistics management platforms.
- Deep understanding of the local Cebu business landscape and logistics network.
