In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our company assets and ensuring that all branch operations align with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
As our Branch Audit Officer, you will conduct thorough, end-to-end audits across various branch and representative offices. You will be the eyes and ears of the management, identifying risks, validating consumer data, and recommending process improvements that drive efficiency and transparency. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive end-to-end audit programs for branch and representative offices.
- Perform on-site inspections to ensure full compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Validate consumer data and documentation accuracy to mitigate operational and fraud risks.
- Analyze financial reports and transaction logs to identify irregularities or potential gaps.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
- Follow up on audit findings to ensure that identified issues are resolved effectively and timely.
- Collaborate with branch managers to strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk management (experience in retail or consumer finance is a plus).
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial statements, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for branch audits as required by the business.
