Are you a high-performing leader with a passion for driving business growth in the financial services sector? Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, one of Indonesia's leading multi-finance companies, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Branch Business Manager to lead our operations in Bukittinggi.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the face of our branch, overseeing comprehensive business operations, sales performance, and customer service excellence. You will be responsible for executing corporate strategies at the local level, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring that our financial products reach our target market effectively while maintaining rigorous risk management standards.
This position requires an individual with deep local market insights, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in financial service management. You will be empowered to drive local market share and build lasting relationships with our community and business partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to ensure consistent high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations, including credit application processing, customer service standards, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats within the Bukittinggi region.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key dealers, business partners, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with OJK regulations, internal credit policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze branch financial reports to optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the finance/banking industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong understanding of consumer financing products and local market dynamics in the Sumatera Barat region.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding aggressive sales and operational KPIs.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
