Adira Dinamika Multi Finance is seeking a high-caliber Branch Business Manager to lead our branch operations in Ende, Nusa Tenggara Timur. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company in the region, responsible for steering business strategy, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial services to our customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the consumer finance industry, a sharp analytical mind for market trends, and a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders. You will be tasked with optimizing branch performance, maintaining rigorous credit quality, and expanding our market share through innovative sales strategies and localized business development initiatives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve branch revenue, portfolio growth, and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of employees to drive productivity and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Manage end-to-end branch operations including credit risk assessment, loan processing, and collections to ensure a healthy portfolio.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust marketing approaches accordingly.
- Maintain full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with local business partners, community leaders, and key clients to enhance brand presence.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business forecasts for senior management, providing actionable insights for growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services, banking, or multi-finance industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of lending products, credit risk management, and the competitive landscape of the Indonesian finance market.
- Fluency in Indonesian and local dialect proficiency is highly advantageous.
