- Handle daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to all branch visitors
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Assist customers with account inquiries and basic financial services
- Follow established security procedures for handling cash
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
