- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate logistics activities including inventory management, transportation scheduling, and warehousing

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in branch operations, HR, or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and HR best practices
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and logistics software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with local transport regulations
- Certification in logistics or HR management preferred
