We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Branch Controller to lead the financial operations at Honda Motor World, Inc.. As the head of finance for the branch, you will be responsible for the overall accuracy of the company's financial reporting, treasury management, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards. This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the financial health of a key branch location.
In this position, you will oversee the entire accounting cycle, including the supervision of the accounting team, the preparation of monthly financial statements, and the management of cash flow. You will play a critical role in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support senior management in making data-driven business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Philippine accounting standards and the ability to maintain the highest level of financial integrity within a fast-paced retail environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all branch financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and reporting functions.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Manage and supervise the accounting staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Oversee the budgeting process, including forecasting and variance analysis to support business goals.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities for regulatory filings and audits.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize financial risk.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial accounting or controller role.
- Proven experience in financial management within the automotive or retail industry is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
