Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch revenue and growth targets
- Manage all daily branch operations including staff supervision, client relations, and financial oversight
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local business partners
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of branch personnel
- Monitor branch performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion possibilities in the region
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in branch or regional management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and business objectives
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of local market dynamics in Nusa Tenggara Barat region
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
