Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business clients through targeted marketing campaigns and networking initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to promote funding products (savings, giro, deposits)
  • Conduct product presentations and financial consultations to align solutions with client needs
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Adhere to KYC/AML regulations and ethical banking practices

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum D3/S1 degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services sector
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with result-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of banking products and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with ability to build rapport
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel across Yogyakarta region
