Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
