Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end daily branch operations to ensure seamless delivery of wellness services.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of wellness professionals to meet and exceed performance KPIs.
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase branch footfall and client retention.
- Monitor and manage branch P&L, focusing on cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, health safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with corporate headquarters to roll out new wellness programs and service offerings.
- Resolve client concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on branch performance, sales, and operational metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management, retail, or the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing operational budgets.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the health and wellness sector is highly advantageous.
