  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch revenue targets.
  • Oversee daily branch operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the branch budget, including expense control and resource allocation.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service levels and resolve escalated client issues promptly.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on branch KPIs, sales metrics, and operational health to senior management.
  • Maintain compliance with all corporate policies, local regulations, and safety standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management or a senior supervisory role within the sales sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and conflict resolution.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs and operational targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
