- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in banking/financial services with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and business development objectives
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial operations
- Exceptional strategic planning, team development, and stakeholder management skills
