- Drive branch profitability through targeted business development and customer acquisition strategies
- Oversee daily operations including cash management, transaction processing, and service delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance targets and career growth
- Ensure strict compliance with banking regulations, policies, and risk management protocols
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to expand market share and customer base
- Analyze financial performance data to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements
- Foster strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders in the community
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years banking experience with 2+ years in branch management/supervisory role
- Proven track record in P&L management and business development
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams in fast-paced environments
- Deep knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and local dialects
