Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all branch operations including daily transactions, customer service, and administrative functions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand customer base
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to ensure high performance and compliance standards
- Monitor branch financial performance and implement corrective actions for profitability
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-money laundering policies
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients and community leaders
- Manage branch resources including budgeting, staffing, and inventory control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years banking experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Proven track record in sales targets, team leadership, and operational management
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in banking systems and digital banking platforms
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to market changes
