Tanggung Jawab
- Directly manage and oversee the overall profitability and financial performance of the branch.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development plans to grow the bank's loan portfolio and deposit base.
- Ensure seamless branch operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of banking professionals to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, account holders, and the wider community.
- Monitor branch operations, manage risks, and conduct regular audits to safeguard the bank's assets and reputation.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on branch activities, financial results, and market intelligence to senior management.
- Drive digital adoption and operational efficiency through the effective use of technology.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- In-depth understanding of banking products, services, operations, and the regulatory landscape in the Philippines.
- Proven track record in sales management, business development, and achieving profitability targets.
- Strong leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in local dialects is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to work and be assigned in Mountain Province, Cordillera Administrative Region. Knowledge of the local market is highly preferred.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
