Are you a seasoned banking leader ready to make a significant impact in the financial sector? BDO Unibank, the country’s largest bank by assets, is seeking a highly capable Branch Head to lead our network in the vibrant province of Pangasinan.
In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the overall profitability, strategic marketing, and operational excellence of the branch. You will serve as the face of the bank, building lasting relationships with corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals in the Ilocos Region. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure full compliance with BDO policies and regulations.
- Manage the branch’s Profit & Loss (P&L) by driving sales targets, treasury, and investment product distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of tellers, loan officers, and relationship managers.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to acquire new customers and expand the deposit base.
- Foster strong relationships with key corporate accounts and high-net-worth clients to ensure customer retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team competencies.
- Resolve complex customer service issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant banking experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong track record in sales, portfolio management, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict KPIs and deadlines.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Pangasinan, Ilocos Region.
