In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for steering the branch towards overall profitability, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring seamless administrative operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the overall profitability, marketing, operations, and administration of the branch.
- Drive the achievement of branch sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
- Mentor, train, and manage the branch team to ensure high performance and morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to make informed business decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and retail clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the banking industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving branch profitability goals.
- Deep understanding of banking products, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on strategic planning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
