Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in intensive leadership and technical training modules designed for branch management readiness.
- Execute strategic business plans to achieve branch-level financial targets and KPI objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing teams to ensure peak operational and service productivity.
- Implement robust risk management and credit assessment protocols to ensure portfolio quality.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with dealers, partners, and key local stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local regulations, and internal audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in the Finance/Multi-finance industry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales or operational targets in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop diverse teams.
- High mobility and willingness to be assigned to any branch location throughout Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
