Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for heavy machinery and operational excellence? Indotruck Utama is seeking a high-performing Branch Head to lead our Banjarmasin operations. As a key player in the heavy equipment industry, we provide solutions that drive the mining and natural resources sectors in Kalimantan.
In this role, you will be the primary authority at our branch, responsible for the total lifecycle of operationsāfrom strategic sales planning and service maintenance oversight to team leadership and financial performance. You will represent the Indotruck Utama brand, ensuring we deliver world-class service to our clients while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, capable of managing complex logistics, multi-disciplinary teams, and aggressive growth targets in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch strategies to achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
- Oversee all operational workflows, including equipment sales, after-sales service, and spare parts management.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate branch personnel to foster a high-performance culture aligned with company values.
- Manage branch P&L, budget forecasting, and cost-control initiatives to maximize regional efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, contractors, and local mining clients.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations across all site activities.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify new growth opportunities and competitive advantages for heavy equipment distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in management, preferably in the heavy equipment or mining support industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in branch P&L management, operational logistics, and business development.
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment technical specifications and maintenance service standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in remote or demanding environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Willingness to be based in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan.
