Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective branch strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring all processes comply with company policies and safety standards.
- Mentor, coach, and inspire the sales and service teams to reach their full potential and hit individual KPIs.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and provide actionable reports to regional management.
- Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns with professionalism to ensure high levels of client retention.
- Coordinate with head office for inventory management, marketing initiatives, and resource allocation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture that promotes teamwork and dedication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in both English and Tagalog.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-changing market environment.
