Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the overall branch operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Drive sales performance by developing and executing effective branch strategies and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals to enhance their skills and career progression.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand the branch's market share.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of branch staff.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking, financial services, or a related industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing branch performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strategic planning skills with a keen eye for detail and process improvement.
- Proven ability to manage complex challenges and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Must be willing to work onsite in the designated branch location.
