Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and coordinate all branch activities including marketing campaigns, operational procedures, and collection efforts
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve new car financing targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch teams to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor financial performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with key automotive dealerships and corporate partners

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive finance or banking with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in sales management and branch operations
- Strong understanding of Indonesian automotive market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and financial management software
- Certification in finance or business management preferred
