PT WAHANA INTI SELARAS is seeking a visionary and results-driven Branch Head to lead our Papua Area operations. This is a critical leadership role designed for an experienced professional capable of navigating complex regional markets while driving operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
As the Branch Head, you will serve as the primary ambassador for the company in the region. You will be tasked with orchestrating daily branch operations, mentoring high-performance teams, and executing strategic initiatives that align with our national sales targets. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, a deep understanding of the retail/distribution landscape, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders and local partners.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive branch business plans to achieve and exceed established sales and profitability targets.
- Oversee end-to-end branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational efficiency protocols.
- Provide transformational leadership to branch staff, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, local government entities, and regional stakeholders to ensure long-term market presence.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate business risks.
- Manage the branch P&L, ensuring cost optimization and efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare regular analytical reports regarding operational performance, sales outcomes, and regional market insights for executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in retail management, distribution, or field operations, preferably within the Papua region or similar frontier markets.
- Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Strong financial literacy, including experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High degree of resilience, adaptability, and cultural awareness necessary for regional operations.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Papua area as required by business operations.
