Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the Surigao branch to ensure efficiency and high standards of service
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to maximize performance and productivity
- Monitor key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Manage branch budget, expenses, and resources effectively
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the Surigao market
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or branch operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software
- Willingness to work in Surigao City and travel within the region as needed
