Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Drive branch sales performance by implementing effective strategies to hit or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide exceptional leadership by training, coaching, and motivating staff to deliver superior customer service.
- Manage branch inventory, cash handling processes, and financial reporting with high accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure the branch environment meets brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain brand loyalty and satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or branch management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Filipino.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and operational workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced retail or service environment.
