Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management, production coordination, and logistics
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and performance management
- Implement cost-control measures and operational efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategic improvement plans
- Coordinate with headquarters on sales targets, product launches, and operational initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branch management or operations leadership
- Strong background in manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries
- Proven track record of team leadership and staff development
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business operations software and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
