Hi-Precision Diagnostics is seeking a dedicated Branch IT Releasing Specialist for our Rockwell Branch. In this pivotal role, you will act as the final gatekeeper for patient data, ensuring that every medical result released from our facility meets the highest standards of accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
You will work closely with our medical technologists, branch operations staff, and central IT systems to streamline the release of diagnostic reports. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and possesses the technical acumen to troubleshoot system-related discrepancies efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all patient medical results prior to release.
- Review diagnostic data for any system errors or formatting inconsistencies.
- Coordinate seamlessly with laboratory personnel to resolve pending result queries.
- Manage the digital release process via our proprietary laboratory information systems (LIS).
- Ensure compliance with Data Privacy Act standards regarding patient information handling.
- Maintain a high volume of report releases while adhering to turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Provide frontline technical assistance for branch-level software or hardware issues.
- Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports regarding system performance and release volume.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT operations, data management, or healthcare administration.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies in medical reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive patient data with strict confidentiality.
- Must be willing to be assigned to the Rockwell Branch in Taguig City.
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic records and internship experience are encouraged to apply.
