In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational continuity, ensuring that our facilities remain safe, functional, and efficient.
As a Branch Maintenance Engineer, you will take full ownership of the technical health of our branch locations. From proactive preventive maintenance schedules to emergency troubleshooting, you will ensure that our infrastructure meets high standards. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can lead maintenance projects, oversee vendors, and implement cost-effective facility improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all branch equipment and infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or mechanical issues and implement timely corrective actions.
- Manage and supervise third-party contractors to ensure repair works meet quality and safety standards.
- Oversee facility-related budget requirements and procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
- Coordinate with branch operations to schedule repairs with minimal disruption to business activities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all maintenance activities, repairs, and asset lifecycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Registered Professional Engineer (or board passer) preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in facility maintenance, property management, or industrial engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with management and external vendors.
