Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems
- Certification in maintenance engineering or related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to branch locations
