Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of branch facilities to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Execute immediate repairs and maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and large-scale maintenance projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and environmental protocols.
- Manage and maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records for spare parts.
- Assist in budget planning for facility upkeep and monitor operational expenses.
- Train junior staff or assist in the supervision of maintenance personnel as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Sanitary Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and building codes.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (preferred for Engineer titles).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
