As the Branch Manager, you will serve as the primary leader on-site, acting as the bridge between corporate strategy and local execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily branch operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of branch staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Manage the branch budget, monitor P&L statements, and implement cost-saving initiatives to ensure profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility and during transport.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and oversee warehouse management processes to prevent stock-outs or overages.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, suppliers, and community stakeholders.
- Prepare regular operational reports for regional management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for improvement.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks, logistics delays, and customer issues promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within the logistics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of employees.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp focus on operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management or ERP software.
- Solid understanding of the local market dynamics and logistics infrastructure in Samar.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Tagalog; proficiency in local dialects (Waray-Waray) is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to work full-time and reside near Catbalogan City, Samar.
