Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily administrative and clinical operations of the Kufong Therapy Centre branch.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to ensure peak performance and employee retention.
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness in Kota Kinabalu.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback and ensuring a premium service experience.
- Manage branch budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to optimize profitability.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management, retail management, or service industry leadership.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving operational KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients.
- Excellent leadership abilities, including conflict resolution and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if required by business needs.
