Are you a dynamic banking professional with a passion for leadership and business growth? Asia United Bank (AUB) is seeking a motivated Branch Manager to lead our team in Bulacan. In this role, you will be the face of our branch, driving operational excellence, fostering exceptional customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of our strategic financial targets.
As an AUB Branch Manager, you will oversee day-to-day branch operations, mentor a high-performing team, and implement aggressive sales strategies to capture market share within the local community. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing P&L, mitigating risks, and delivering a superior banking experience to our valued clients.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to increase the branch's deposit and loan portfolio.
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring strict compliance with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) regulations and internal bank policies.
- Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to maximize productivity and ensure high standards of customer service.
- Manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) performance to ensure operational efficiency and budget adherence.
- Oversee vault and cash management functions to maintain high security standards.
- Cultivate long-term professional relationships with key local businesses and community stakeholders.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements (BSP guidelines).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in banking software systems and MS Office Suite.
