We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Denpasar, Bali. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end supervision of branch business processes, including Marketing, Operations, Collection, and Remedial. You will serve as the primary driver for branch profitability, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while adhering to strict financial compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize all branch functions, including Marketing, Operations, Collection, and Remedial processes to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue and branch targets.
- Manage, train, and mentor a high-performing team of branch staff, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal audit standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Monitor daily branch KPIs, analyze financial reports, and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and external partners to expand the branch's market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Denpasar area to drive sustainable growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branch management or a senior leadership role within the Financial Services or Fintech sector.
- Proven experience in loan processing, credit risk management, and loan collection.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance procedures.
- Proficient in using CRM software and branch management systems.
