Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch team members for optimal performance
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Manage branch budget, inventory, and operational resources
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of East Java market preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions
