Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the education sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, partners, and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable coaching for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance dashboards for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the education industry
- Proven track record leading and managing high-performing sales teams
- Strong passion for sales excellence and leadership development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and develop data-driven sales strategies
