- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and branch objectives
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee daily branch operations including customer service, transactions, and administrative functions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Analyze branch performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch's market presence
- Represent the bank in community activities and networking events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth objectives
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management
- Proficiency in banking systems and financial analysis tools
