Tanggung Jawab

  1. Oversee all daily sales operations at the Jakarta branch to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency
  2. Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  3. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and professional growth
  4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  6. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability for customer needs
  7. Monitor branch performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Kualifikasi

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  4. Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  6. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  7. Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems
  8. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
